Our Backyard division is open to all contestants.
We will follow the same rules as the KCBS Pro division with the
following exceptions: Gas Grills are allowed. There will be no
meat inspection. Pre marinating of your meat is allowed.
Check in time is 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning on
Jefferson Street beside the Goshen Chamber of Commerce. Turn
in times are 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30. Your meats must be
turned in in time to be judged
